Everyone has the right:

- indication of a convenient form of providing information, if the request concerns the provision of unavailable information in an alternative form.
The application should be considered immediately, within 7 days at the latest. If it is not possible to ensure access within this period or to provide access in an alternative form, it will take place within 2 months from the date of notification at the latest.
Complaints and appeals
In the event that the public entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of access to information, the person making the request may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, you can also submit an application to the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Inside the building: there are lifts that serve all levels and parts of the facility there are stair/vertical lifts: 1 x vertical lift from the main entrance (level-0) to the main hall level (level-0), 1 x vertical lift (level-0) 0) Slavic philology (no difference in levels), 1 x vertical lift from the library hall to level -1 of the main part of the building, 1 x stair lift in the main hall, there are 5 toilets adapted for people with disabilities: 1 x toilet for the disabled (hall main, level-0), 4 x toilets for the disabled (faculty library, levels 0,1,2,3), there are both elevators with voice announcements and Braille buttons, and without announcements. The information system for people with sensory disabilities includes: Five rooms with inductive loops for people with hearing disabilities, room numbers: – 014 Kuraszkiewicza – 220 – 327 – Śniadeckich Room – Mickiewicz’s Salon on the door to the rooms there are plates with the number of the room written in Braille 'a with the information stored in the QR code You can enter the facility with an assistance dog without any restrictions (pursuant to the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled People). Additional information: information boards are installed in the facility indicating the access to regular lifts and lifts for people with disabilities, as well as toilets for people with disabilities.
